B2B Sales Manager

Remote · Full-time

We're looking for a B2B sales manager to grow ExtTech's client base across Europe. You'll own the pipeline end to end — from first outreach to a signed engagement — selling dedicated teams and full-cycle delivery.

What you'll do

  • Build and own a pipeline of EU B2B clients
  • Run discovery calls and translate needs into the right engagement
  • Work with delivery to scope and propose solutions
  • Own deals from first contact to signed contract

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in B2B sales, ideally IT services or outsourcing
  • A track record of closing mid-to-large engagements
  • Confident running discovery and proposals with technical buyers
  • Fluent English; additional European languages a plus

Nice to have

  • An existing network in EU tech or among CTOs
  • Familiarity with dedicated team / outsourcing models
