We're looking for a B2B sales manager to grow ExtTech's client base across Europe. You'll own the pipeline end to end — from first outreach to a signed engagement — selling dedicated teams and full-cycle delivery.
What you'll do
- Build and own a pipeline of EU B2B clients
- Run discovery calls and translate needs into the right engagement
- Work with delivery to scope and propose solutions
- Own deals from first contact to signed contract
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in B2B sales, ideally IT services or outsourcing
- A track record of closing mid-to-large engagements
- Confident running discovery and proposals with technical buyers
- Fluent English; additional European languages a plus
Nice to have
- An existing network in EU tech or among CTOs
- Familiarity with dedicated team / outsourcing models
